The coin ’ s couturier was Emily Damstra, and its sculptor, Craig A. Campbell. It was issued in 2022 and minted in Philadelphia, Denver and San Francisco. ad The flip side of the coin features a portrayal of founding founder George Washington designed by Laura Gardin Fraser.
